Objective: Build and educate a top-of-funnel audience of IT practitioners with content that nurtures trust and warms readers toward the product over time.

My role: Technical content writer; keyword research; how-to/tutorial development.
Objective: Capture search demand and help IT learners solve real problems, guiding them toward relevant courses.

Mobile Action Blog
My role: Content writer; sourced featured images; formatted/published in WordPress; basic on-page SEO.
Objective: Drive qualified organic traffic to product and resources with keyword-targeted posts that answer ASO/UA questions.

EMS World articles
My role: Editorial lead & principal writer. Pitched topics, partnered with the SME, and substantively rewrote drafts to publication-ready; published under the SME’s byline.
Objective: Win national placements in a prominent industry publication to expand reach and establish brand/author authority with EMS decision-makers.

WealthManagement.com article
My role: Lead writer & editorial partner. Developed the angle, interviewed the SME, drafted the article (published under his byline), and edited to publication-ready.
Objective: Secure the one of the brand’s first national trade placements to introduce the company to industry decision-makers and build authority and trust.

iNPUT-ACE (Axon Investigate) blog
My role: Content Writer & Strategist. Turned release notes into plain-English posts; repurposed webinars into skimmable how-tos; managed topics/on-page SEO Strategist
Objective: Explain new features and workflows for investigators, turning webinar insights into SEO posts that drive adoption and qualified traffic.
Whitepapers and ebooks
My role (for all whitepapers): Lead writer & content strategist. Chose topic; interviewed SMEs; researched, outlined, wrote, and edited; coordinated visuals; built landing pages (copy + layout); and promoted each whitepaper via email and social (with basic on-page SEO and CTAs).
Objective: Translate technical depth into clear business value to drive awareness and early-stage pipeline; educate the target audience on relevant topics to build authority and generate qualified leads while enabling sales.
Case studies
My role: Lead case-study writer. Prepped interview script, interviewed the client, captured quotes/data, drafted and edited the narrative, and managed approvals.
Objective: Provide credible proof of outcomes to build trust and equip sales with a concise success story that helps prospects see themselves.
